This is a project with several partners including University of Alaska Fairbanks' Water and Environment Research Center, the North Slope Oil Industry, and GW Scientific. My involvement in this project is new, but the study has been ongoing for several years and more information can be found here and here.

My role is to study snow distributions. the role of snow in lake recharge, and to help design an optimal hydrometeorological observation system.
