Reconstruction of the climatological summer circulation
Attention: all temperature, salinity, velocity and SSH fields
are availabed upon request. Please send your requests to gleb@iarc.uaf.edu
Goals: (1) Reconstruct the circulation; (2) Estimates of the
ice-ocean heat/salt fluxes; (3) Analyze the circulation during the cold and warm months
Data: (1) Climatological Data: FEBRAS data base
(2) Bering Sea transport (Woodgate et al., 2004)
(3) No velocity data yet !!
(4) Meteorological data
Pilot study: Reconstruction of the circulation during July 15-October 15.
Assimilation of the CTD data and Bering Sea transport.
